Policy regarding cancellation of private sightseeing and airport-hotel transfers
Cancellation fees will be charged based on the following conditions.
| 22 days before reservation completion date | No cancellation fee |
| Cancellation 21-8 days in advance | 20% of the estimated fee |
| Cancellation 7-4 days in advance | 50% |
| Cancellation from 3 days before to the same day | 100% |
① If there is no cancellation fee
*In the following special circumstances, there will be no cancellation fee, and if you wish, you will receive a full refund minus the transfer fee.
●If a special warning is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency the day before the reservation date, and it is determined that flights and public transportation cannot operate.
②If it is a deposit
*In the following cases, there will be no cancellation fee and it will be treated as a deposit.
●If you are unable to use the service due to fever, illness, or other reasons, but wish to make a reservation again within one year. However, the contents of the sightseeing/transfer plan will be the same.

*Due to the nature of our business, where each person operates one vehicle, we will refuse new requests for service once a reservation has been made and will continue to operate the taxi.
In addition, in order to provide special sightseeing and transportation just for our customers, we collect information and carefully create custom-made sightseeing plans.
