Service Fees

Base Service Fee: 11,000 JPY (up to the first 60 minutes)

  • The “service time” starts from the moment I arrive at the shopping location until the shopping task is completed. This does not include the time required for packing and shipping procedures at the courier.

  • If waiting at a single location or the total service time exceeds 60 minutes, an additional 1,100 JPY will be charged every 15 minutes.

  • Any parking fees or admission fees incurred during the service will be charged separately.

  • Requests involving multiple locations will be quoted separately.

Total Cost = Item Price + Base Service Fee + Shipping Fee + Packaging Box Fee

Payment Method

We require advance payment via the online financial service Wise. The shopping service will be executed once the payment is confirmed.
